Aleia Villa is a beautiful and very comfortable home in a wonderfully rural setting, with a view of the fertile valley below and Alikanas beach in the distance which is only a ten minute drive away. Sarantis is the consummate host and takes great pride in the villa built on his grandparents property. Not only did he provide some food in the fridge and a bottle of his homemade wine to enjoy, he also stopped by the following day with freshly picked grapes for us to enjoy. We took advantage of the barbecue on the premises to make our own souvlaki. Our stay exceeded our expectations and the only regret we have is that it was not available for all of the nights we were visiting Zakynthos.

located in middle of island, in an olives plantation, equally close to everything you want to see/visit; in same time separated from crowded and noisy areas. suitable for rented car. very well balanced luxury villa, with EVERYTHING a traveler needs. Warm host, very friendly and helpful (Thank you Lyudmyla! :) ! absolutely loved the stay . house large enough to keep 6 adults in comfort, full full kitchen, washing machines, 5 balconies, large garden with barbeque and large outdoor dinner table, shadowed by vines. parking safe in the yard. view from balcony over southern half of the island, the campanilla from Zante port visible from there.; netflix and highspeed internet...space , space...dinning space, living space, even office space :)))...3 real bedrooms, main one with small bath attached; main bath with tub...and nobody to bother. yeah, will do it again!

Authentic Inland location with a swimming pool. Shaded garden full of flowers and butterflies. Very kind and caring owner and his family. Very nice house and rooms in original island architecture.

The house is very spacious with different facilities inside. Very good option for big groups. There were a cleaning lady coming every day together with a boy who cleaned the pool. The lady was very kind and kept the cleanliness of the house during our stay. The host is also amazing and helped us spent the time on the island better. Overall a very good value for money.

Overall, great stay in a villa with wonderful aesthetics. The owners who live nearby are very hospitable and friendly. The house was very clean and tidy and the fast starlink internet was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend!

Our staying exceeded our expectations on all fronts. It was a real pleasure to meet Dimitri, Anastasios and their family, they are wonderful hosts, friendly and full of anecdotes, stories and tips for visiting the island (which proved very helpful). The farm is an island of peace, our kids enjoyed playing outside and the animals, and the villa where we stayed had everything we need, just about perfect for a family of four/five. Products from the farm are great, and we were generously offered some delicious oil and honey. Finally, the location is ideal, just 5 min drive from a nice sandy beach, and perfect for visiting the entire island. We hope we can come back one day, and we really recommended it. We had a great family holiday in this accommodation, we had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and helpful, they helped us rent a car before our arrival at our request, and they also communicated very quickly on all issues by e-mail and phone. We were pleasantly surprised when we found fresh eggs from domestic chickens in the fridge :) The villa is located in a quiet authentic village, not in a resort area, has a wonderful well-kept garden and yard, and a beautiful view of the surroundings. There is even a convenient additional shower outside, which was very useful after swimming in the sea. The location is in the middle of the island, so all major attractions are within easy reach. At the same time, it is important to note that a car is necessary, as the beach is not accessible on foot.
