the staff is really gently and kind. the hotel arranged me all tours including the Kaieteur. the wifi was really great and the restaurant was nice. I travel for tourism and they help me with everything . I really recommend this hotel. the garden was nice.

The hotel provided a taxi to pick us up from the airport and was easily able to get where we needed to go during our stay.
