This place is perfect. Great views, super clean, comfy bed, and a great kitchen. It's in walking distance of the national park which is beautiful. Skradin is a really nice place to stay and the owners are really nice and welcoming. Hope to come back again some day.

Everything is just perfect. We’ve stayed at the gound floor appartement which is very spacious. The pool is great, we used it until 9pm. Skradin is very close to this property and absolutely must seen. Vesna is a great host, helped us with everything that we need. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay one more day.

Our stay in Guesthouse Erceg was great and our host welcoming and helpful. The room was nice, clean and the AC definitelly came in handy. What I really appreciated was the kitchen and then balcony to enjoy our meals and also the allocated parking places.

Awesome holidays house! Idealy for families! Between Split and Zadar, 5 minutes by cars from Skradin where you can take the boat to Krka's waterfall. The house has everything do you need, from breakfast to the dinner, there is a garden where you can pick up tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, herbs for cooking..., every room has air conditionner. Possibility to have a baby bed and chair when you ask. We spent really nice holidays! Thanks Rosko family for everything, we will never forget your warm welcoming! We can only recommend!

We booked here to have a few days of complete relaxation and to visit Krka National Park. This place was perfect for both. Everything about this property was exceptional. The indoor and outdoor spaces were very beautifully done and to a very high standard. Wished we had booked longer as it was such a beautiful retreat.
