My wife and I do a lot of traveling and I must say the Thalassa Dive Resort does it right. The food is plentiful and fresh, the grounds are well kept, the bungalows and villas are comfortable, and there is world class wall and muck diving minutes away. However, the real gem at Thalassa are the genuinely friendly staff. The manager Arjen personally took the time to find out our interests and provided with top notch concierge service arranging all of our activities during our stay, along with joining us for some meals and taking us on a tour of Manado. The rest of the staff made us feel like part of their family with endless smiles and lots of conversation. One of the young ladies even joined us on a dive on her day off work. We can’t wait until our next visit.

Beautiful resort with yummy food. The management and staff were great -any problems were sorted promptly and we felt very well cared for. Great atmosphere and beautiful sunset views. Amazing house reef for snorkelling! We did the dolphin & snorkelling trips and my boyfriend did some dives (special thanks to Lea for re-introducing him to diving), all well organised. The spa is also fab. 10 days went too quickly! Highly recommended.

The location is perfect, just right at the end of the jetty. They have a working AC, cozy bed and clean room. They offer extra bed for a small charge if you want to use the room for 3 persons. Bella, Om Hengky, Om Glen and Tante Meyta are wonderful host. The food is great, it’s mainly seafood, but you can always asks them to provide you something else if reasonable. They have plenty beans-bag offering a nice cozy corner for our afternoon afterdive nap

Really good located with a very comfortable common area for resting and spending time. The food was delicious with nice options for vegetarian and in good quantity for the price! Resort has a good common area and nice pools that sets it apart from competition. Good rooms, comfortable beds, no outside noise. Best part was the amazing service and help from the owners. Solving any surprise situation (find a new dive guide when planned one was sick), to cooking personalized food and treat for kids, to shopping for special items (visit 4 supermarkets to find what's asked for)
