one feels at home right away , due to the small size of this hotel, only a few rooms, the paintings on the wall the superb restoration of this old house makes one wander back into the 18the century. The large veranda in the back is where we had dinner and breakfast, which was excellent , truly remarkable place to stay The people who manage the location are very kind and friendly.

Hidden Gem..We were welcomed with sea shell necklace & welcome drink . The room was huge and interior was on point. Plunge pool area gave a perfect tropical vibe. All the staff where so welcoming and helpful. They also did a lovey bed decor on our 1 year wedding anniversary. Esha, went above and beyond to make sure our experience was flawless. The room was tired and not overly clean. The water was not hot and plentiful 25 mins walk from the centre or 5 by Rickshaw. The pool area looked pleasent.

I was planning on staying in Goa for only a few days, and I had this place booked for only one night. I had to extend my trip due to some unforeseen reasons and was thankfully able to book this place for another night a few days later. I really have nothing but good things to say about this place. It was clean, easy to access and had all of the convenient features that made it feel like I was at home. The host was wonderful and made sure everything was taken care of to the highest standard. I recommend this place for anyone in planning on visiting Goa.
