The comfortable approach of the team from Chachoo himself to Altaf who made me feel like I really was visiting my uncle's home. They took care of me like their own when I arrived in unable to adjust to the cold weather. Even to the point of making sure I didn't go to sleep hungry even when I was too tired to eat.

This is a beautiful, and homely boathouse, situated on a beautiful lake in the middle of Srinagar. Taking the boat to the boat house, and staying onboard is both an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Would love to stay here again!

Firdous and his lovely family made my experience in Srinagar, Kashmir memorable. I have been travelling for one year now and Firdous has been hands down the best host I have had. He really makes you feel at home, will make sure that you have everything you need and will give you the best recommendations for your stay in Kashmir. The house boat is really nice and the rooms are lovely. There is a nice area/balcony to hang out and admire the scenic view. The food is really tasty and authentic. I would definitely recommend Veena Palace it was amazing!
