The owner and staff are friendly and could not do enough to make our stay more wonderful. The restaurant has a small menu and all the food is freshly made with ingredients from the Umbrian countryside. The pool and pool deck are perfect for cooking off on a hot summer day!

We loved everything! The room was spacious and very clean with new furniture. The property is fenced all around and you can go for beautiful walks in the woods being safe from wildlife and you can pick as many asparagus as you see, they are everywhere!. The owners are just exquisite people they helped us get around the villages and even offered to take us walk around the many tracks nearby. They are just fantastic and we will definitely be back! Thank you again

We stayed here for 4 nights during our road trip through Italy. What a beautiful location. One of the best views I had in my life during diner. Enjoying the great Italian cuisine during an amazing sunset! What a gift. We enjoyed our room which was very nice and also the pool was great. Specially during the high temperature. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really recommend this wonderful place. I hope we come back some day.

Our weekend here was great! The staff was extremely kind and friendly and welcomed us like friends. The place was very calm and relaxing and we got to pet their dogs and cats. The location was also really handy as it was on the countryside, so it had a quiet surrounding, but at the same time it was close enough to Perugia and Assisi to go there for day trips. I would 10/10 recommend this place!

Friendly host who serves good breakfast with homemade cakes (remember you are in Italy and breakfasts are usually only a pastry + espresso - so this is more), lovely garden, spacious apartment only steps from the main square, friendly cat comes by to say hello, also it's a beautiful tiny, tiny town
