Breakfast was all pre-packaged food - only the apples were fresh. The road leading to the B&B was a narrow dirt road that was poorly marked and not lighted. Parking was adequate but unlighted. However, the staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and adequate and the price was very good. Access to the highway was also excellent.

everything about this gem from check in to check out was amazing. The room was spotless with a large comfortable bed. we had an amazing dinner in their restaurant. The breakfast was very good as well. Paola was an absolutely amazing host. If I’m ever in the area I will absolutely stay at this amazing petite hotel.

Big yard space, minutes away from amusement park and outlet mall, very close to Rome. Full kitchenette, and a balcony with relaxing view. Highly recommend as a choice aoot in this location.
