We would like to thank Nicola and his wonderful family for great organization and help during our stay. They couldn't be more helpful and nice! The house has simply amazing view right out of all windows, you see the lake, the sun and the mountains while drunking coffee or sitting on a terrace. It is so astounding that you may stay there for a whole day just watching and enjoying calmness. Nicola was very helpful in suggestions for local activities (be sure to listen to his advice, it is always very good!). House is very nice, comfortable to stay, well organized. The surroundings are outstanding. Very quiet, no neighbours in 100m around. Donkeys at the neighbours' are very nice to look at!:) A car rental is a must (we would recommend having a smaller car, size of Fiat 500 or similar, to be fully comfortable on the hill roands to the house - although a larger car passes well too). Anyway, Nicola met us at the Fonteno village, and showed the road to the house and its tricks, hence it's no problem to find out a way to the house. Be sure to bring some warmer clothes at the winter time, to be fully comfortable while the house heats up, which takes some time. Laundry is at the nearby village as a coin-based washing machine. Quarto com sacada grande e com vista. Jantar no restaurante foi uma delícia também. Pertinho do centrinho lindo de Riva do Solto e de espetaculares locais na beira do lago de Iseo para passar o dia.

Our stay there was amazing! We traveled as a group of friends and booked 2 appartments. The appartments were arranged so that we had both the privacy as well as the common space where we could enjoy meals/boardgames together. Additionally, there is a beautiful terrace with a lake view which we had for ourselves - where we honestly spent all the evenings. We had parking for 2 cars (including a large SUV that fit easily) Mauricio and Tina were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we might need (e.g. provided us with a football and let us play in the large garden, gave us some toys for the baby etc). On top of that, I wanted to secretly organize a party for my wife's birthday and Mauricio organized everything for me, including the wines, cakes, flowers, and the terrace sitting so that we could surprise her on the day. I would definitely recommend this place, it has a great historic feel, combined with exceptional views and welcoming hosts. As a bonus, there's a few good bakeries and pizza places nearby (not far even without driving) so our breakfasts and dinners were covered :).

Perfect appartement when visiting the Iseo lake. Unfortunately we could enjoy the amazing view for only two days because we went to the next location. The appartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. And don't forget the very friendly host.

Beautiful apartment with a breath taking view. Quiet place with a huge garden with olive trees. The owner was very kind and friendly. He gave us many good recommendation. There are a few good restaurants near by and also local supermarket. We traveled with our dog and even him was super happy there :-). We will be back in a spring time.
