We really liked Casale dell' Orso. The location is super convenient, a few minutes from Pistoia downtown and from supermarkets. The room was really big! It also had a little balcony with a table and the view on the garden. Air conditioning worked very well. The pool is perfect both for kids and adults. At breakfast there was a good variety, satisfying both Italians and non Italians preferences. We loved and we will stay there again if we go back to Pistoia!

The best experience we had in Italy. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Great location. Great for exploring the city and very convinient for traveling to Florence, Piza, Lucca and all around. Very nice and helpful staff, good location in the older part of Pistoia and close to the Duomo, good breakfast, large room with large bathroom and large shower. Many restaurants in the area. La Cantinetta just in front of the hotel can be highly recommended, very good food and excellent service.

The large room was excelent, we find the hotel very easely, the staff was extraordinary friendly and helpfull. We had a separate entrance to the room, very usefull, because we had a little dog with us.
