Very nice and helpful staff, communication was good in english - they also have a whatsapp account - you could ask stuff instead of calling. Super clean rooms with AC, big and spacious. Also the breakfast was great, a lot of choices - also complimentary coffee or even soda without extra charge. The view from the rooftop terracce is immaculate!

We were on a family holiday at Davide's apartment. The location, the surroundings and his support made this stay a memorable one. We pretty hope to come back one day. Nice garden, kitchen supplies, living room and terraces! Just a beauty!

Giulio, Davide and their parents are amazing hosts. Villa Maria is a home away from home. Everything that we needed was in the house. The beautiful beach, Cala Porticciolo, is a 5 minute walk. Parking is right on premises. We got so many recommendations from Giulio and welcoming gifts from mama and papa. I wish I could've stayed longer. Highly recommend the place!

Nice terrace with view of the sea and green plants around. Table and chairs to have a meal outside and a comfortable lounge set to hang out. Very friendly and helpful owner. 7 min walk to the sea, including steep steps down the cliff. Beautiful, clean turquoise bay for swimming, albeit very rocky, typical for that area.

The house is very nice both inside and outside. Perfect for a family with two bedrooms and two baths. Very nice terrace with sea view. The garden stunning, it is kept by a gardener and it is in fact much larger and more beautiful than in the pictures on Booking, more like a park. The location is perfect, with walking distance to three swimming spots (one with sand and two rock. It was 30 degrees and the house does not have AC but it still stayed cool. Santa Cesarea Terme is a good location for exploring Salento, such as Otranto 30 minutes away and Lecce 45 min or so.

Well, what can i say about this amazing place, Maria Grazia, Mario and chef Antonio made our stay amazingly warm and welcomed, from Mario's knowledge and passion for their own BIO grown fruit and veg, Maria Grazia's hospitality at breakfast, dinner and also all her home made cakes and pasticciotto , to chef Antonio in his fantastic dinners which everything that he used was from their own backyard. If you want to have dinner with them, you just simply ask them and they will accommodate you, chef Antonio will definitely make something very nice for you. Rooms and everywhere is very clean, pool is fantastic, food and produce are simply so tasty, the family was just super nice and helpful when needed, nothing was ever a problem, plenty of parking for cars, not sure what else to say but would 100% recommend it and will definitely come back in the near future. Wonderful location very close to the sea in a charming town on Italy’s coast in Puglia. The hotel was renovated about a decade ago and the interior is very nice. The breakfast was generous and delicious and a very good value as it was included in the price. As we visited in early October, it was the off-season. The weather was very good, but there were very few tourists in the area. The room rate was an exceptional value for the quality of the hotel. We also enjoyed the on-site spa facilities. Every single member of the staff that we interacted with was polite, helpful, and spoke English very well.

I loved how quiet and peaceful the place is. The swimming area is wonderful, very quiet and calming after a busy day. The olive trees add a perfect back drop. The staff are super friendly and helpful - advising on where to go and what to do locally.
