The property is a beautiful rural house with a few apartments for rent in rural Umbria. It has a large common area with lounge areas, pool and ping pong table, table soccer. It is beautifully decorated and covered with a large roof. There is also a common area with a washing machine and ironing board, iron, etc. The surroundings are well kept up, as well. The apartment was large, very comfortable withe a well equipped kitchen and a balcony. It was very peaceful, no noise at night. The hostess, Tania was extremely welcoming and helpful, the power went away on Easter Sunday and even that day she had someone out within a few hours to fix the wiring.

Very warm and charming welcome from the couple who own and play host to the agriturismo. Beautiful setting and extremely peaceful surroundings. La signora provided a delicious dinner perfectly in keeping with the character of the rustic Umbrian setting. Altogether delightful and very comfortable accommodation.

I loved how spacious the apartment id. Amazing castle,, beautiful views. There was everything we needed. Very quiet place, perfect to relax. The owner- Alvaro is a kind and very helpful gentleman. We will definitely be back one day.

Absolutely everything. Our host was exceptional. I needed urgent dental treatment, and he took the time to ring around and get me an appointment. I was incredibly grateful 🙏. His communication was top-notch. And the apartment was perfect in every way. Location (at the entrance of the castle, back in medival times, it was the clock tower and used to be the post of the kings guard. The entire apartment had everything single item you require and more. I can not tell you how perfect our stay was. Easy parking, supermarket across the road. Everything close.The best part was the bed. Pure Comfort. At night, it was so quiet. The bathroom window was so cute. The doors from the bedroom out to the inside walls of the castle were awesome. The lounge chairs are comfy and have lots of information about the area. Montepulciano and Assisi a short drive away. Locals were friendly, and inside the castle walls was like a fairytale. Villa Mercatello is a beautiful property and facilities, all well designed with superb interior decoration and artwork. The views overlook the pool, surrounding vineyards, nearby villages of Mercatello and Spina, as well as the Monte Vibriano winery across the street. The pool and surrounding deck were lovely and private. Most importantly, our hosts Wendy and Tom were delightful and always helpful in recommending or arranging activities (Eco Wine Tours…) and restaurants. They welcomed us into their home.

Casa Nestore is a nice appartment on a beautiful and quiet location. The facilities are exquisite and the pool is wonderful. Nick and Mandi are very hospitable and warm people who help you whenever they can.
