Breakfast was acceptable. You had to find someone and ask. No menu no way to call from room. Wait for food prep was long. No prices we provided. You had no idea of the cost of things.

What an amazing journey to this apartment! Hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It felt surreal. We were so well taken care for. This probably is enough to go already:) The house itself is new and clean, and if there's anything missing or you have any requests - they are dealt with promptly by the wonderful hosts. We were there during the new year's day and we were greeted with amazing breakfast the next day and a lovely group picture. We decided to stay one more night even though it was out of the way of our further trip. We didn't mind a long taxi drive to such a welcoming and beautiful place. My wife was allowed to use her wifi until 6pm because she needed to work. Honestly - one of the best hospitality I ever received.

The location is very nice with an amazing view to the beach and sunset. Friendly staff. Some employees are young, but still professional and courteous. They just need some training and more experience.

The hotel was our last accommodation in Sri Lanka and by far the best. The staff are very friendly, attentive and courteous. All three hotel employees always did everything to ensure that we had a very pleasant stay and even helped us immediately in a problematic situation with the taxi driver and solved the problem superbly. The hotel is in a fantastic location - it is quiet and right on the beach and you can look out of bed directly onto the sea. You can't hear the train or the road. We had a wonderful rest there. The breakfast was very varied (British, continental and Sri Lankan-style) and everything was tasty. We ate a la cart a few times in the evening - that was also perfect. The pool was maintained daily. And when we went for another swim in the pool in the evening (almost at night), one of the staff even brought us extra fresh towels. The hotel itself looks good and is of the highest standard of all the accommodation we stayed in during our holiday in Sri Lanka. Everything works, the air conditioning and fan are very quiet, the shower is separate from the toilet and always had good water pressure and hot water. The fact that the light on the balcony didn't work didn't bother us because we could watch the sea from the balcony.
