EVERYTHING! From the moment we walked in and greeted with champagne to all of the amazing people working so very hard for all their guests. Zoetry exceeded any and all expectations I’ve ever had in an all-inclusive resort! Top-notch service to all of the little details of fresh flowers in the room, a beautiful flowered bubble bath and fresh flowers in a “heart-shaped” design. The food and top shelf drinks were next level! And I’ll never forget about our romantic candlelight dinner on the beach with jazz music playing in the background. Muy encantadora!!! The location was beautiful. The pools were lovely. They had a great lounge area by the beach, but you had to get there early enough to get a seat. There was maybe only 30 chairs and they filled up quick. The food was good. The all-inclusive was definitely worth it because it was really expensive if you ate outside of that if you didn’t get the all inclusive. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the room wasn’t cleaned three out of the seven days that we were there. And we were told our fridge would be filled with beverages and snacks every day and they missed three days of those.
