We booked late but was still accommodated by the owner and even guide us to where we should eat, great person overall. Location was a bit exclusive since tricycle was not allowed on the vicinity but the location was just 5mins walk from the main gate of the place. A lot of food choice within the vicinity and outside. City hall is also near when you want to unwind, it has a park like area with seats. Overall defi recommended when you are around the area or bacolod. Not so happy about the traffic though good thing all you need is just a walk away from the hotel.

Very accessible, the unit is just on the 2nd floor, very clean and the interior of the unit is very homey.

We liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood, and that it was new. We also loved the way it was arranged, furnished and decorated, with a couple of Christmas figures in keeping with the Holiday vibe. The basket of towels and toiletries was a cute, special touch, along with the welcoming notes. It was also good that the contact person for the property (Jackie?) was easy to get hold of and very accommodating when we had a bit of confusion over the key box. The kitchen had everything one would need for a short stay, although a bread toaster would be a nice addition for those who like quick DIY breakfasts.😊

It was very well equipped with appliances and decorations!! I love the fact that it has a smart lock on the front door so we didn't really need a key.

We had a fantastic stay at Precy’s property. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Having her phone number listed on the property was a huge help, allowing us to communicate easily and ensure everything was ready for our arrival. The host's kindness and attention to detail were evident from the moment we checked in.

A great 0la e. Nothing to beat it out of all my trips. It has a gym. playroom and a swimming pool. Lovely room with pleasing artwork. Particularly good carvings. Aircon and all facilities of good quality. A street makes was open at night when we first arrived.

Actually the area is not fully complete yet. There’s still a lot of constructions going on but the room my brother stayed was beautiful and clean.
