After reading the other reviews for this place, I was pleasantly surprised. We found it easily (parking spot with a sign right on the road after you pass the farm on your left). We took our own bedding, but there was plenty there and of a decent quality. It was well stocked, with cute little notes dotted around, and lots of battery powered lighting. The jetty was amazing, and I sat there in solitude for a couple of hours before my husband and son woke up. Then we spent much of the day there, bird watching (using the binoculars and bird books from the stuga) swimming, sunbathing and reading. It was the most idyllic place to ‘koppla av’ and we all had the best nights sleep. If you’re not afraid of a Swedish sommar/skogstuga and happy to be in nature without electricity or hotel room service then this is absolutely the place to book. We will definitely return. Everything was perfect ! A marvelous typical house,Nice decoration, so comfy ! We have booked for one night and stayed 2 nights more. We felt like it was our home .It was quiet,peaceful, just what we needed. Beds were confortable, the bathroom was big enough.The kitchen was useful with everything to cook .Thanks to our hosts for their welcome .
