We chose the place for it's location on our way, but when we arrived all of us had the impression that it is in reality much BETTER than it looked on photos. The apartment is very big and very nice, with some nice details. Also, even though we just came for one night, we found a personal hand-written welcome letter along with a bottle of wine and some sweets, wonderful!

The house is a nice big wooden house far away from the tourist crowds of Terchova. The road that leads there is a rather poorly maintained gravel road, but you can get there with any 2WD car (at least in summertime). 1 day before arrival we needed to provide our arrival time to the owners and they were waiting for us at that time. They have put on the fire in the fireplace in the living room (it's crazy but in this climate you should sometimes use the fireplace even in summer as nights can be chilly). They have also shown us around in the house and they were available via iMessage throughout our whole stay. It cost an additional 50 EUR that we wanted to use the outside wood heated jacuzzi, but it was totally worth it. The house is well equipped with everything that you need for your holiday, it was perfectly clean and the views are really nice. The neighborhood is very calm.
