Carrying staff. They did their best to make my stay unforgettable. Spa, jacuzzi, sauna, pool, acupressure massage bed and chair made my short break like heaven. There's a restaurant on site, Banícka cimra, it is worth go and try any of delicious meals they offer. Do not skip desserts ! Krémeš or štrúdľa - heavenly good! The room, towels and bedding were crispy clean, same as crockery. They are dog friendly as well. Beautiful place, a lot to do there. Don't forget your hiking boots! Silence and tranquility. I'll definitely make my plans to return.

The instructions for check in were clear and we had great communication with the owner. Anything we had questions about he was quick to answer or problem solve. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. It was warm when it esquire cold outside, the kitchen had more than enough for our family with the equipment available and the extras on hand. Bedroom one had a nice queen bed with cozy comforters, bedroom two and three had a nice wide single bed. The fifth person sleeping on a futon pad on the floor left a little to be desired so our fifth person slept on the huge comfy couch. We were blessed with snow while there so we walked out the patio door right into a winter wonderland making snowmen and having snowball fights (I reverted back to my teenage self playing with my kiddo as we live in a pretty warm environment). Bonus is the jacuzzi bathtub after playing in the snow! Nice touches with snacks and a bottle of wine and even an espresso machine with coffee included not to mention an abundance of teas. Wifi worked great. Big tv with Netflix to watch a movie
