Cleanliness, friendliness, breakfast, price, perfect! for the price, there is no better hotel than this one. However, the only thing that is a bit disappointing is that it is a quiet place. I signed a contract for one month right away.

The hotel is situated 20min walking distance from BITEC centre and 10min walking from BTS station. On the way you will find a lot of street food stands offering a variety of menu. So the localisation is perfect if you for example have a Congress in BITEC. The hotel itself offers a very spacious rooms with air conditioning. The rooms are cleaned daily.

Very clean, beautiful location, more nature than you could probably get anywhere else in Bangkok. Also there is sufficient offer of street food after a little walk and a super market. Highly recommendable!

One individual who stood out was the receptionist, who exudes professionalism and possesses a delightful personality. Her ability to warmly welcome customers is truly commendable. During our visit with my family, my wife and children were particularly impressed by her professionalism. I am frequent traveler really i love this place and would love to visit again soon.
