The host and hostess were very thoughtful. They were always ready to serve tea and coffee for you, and offer dining and activity ideas in the area. Their place was nice and clean. The surrounding area is beautiful.

The outdoor pool/spa is top-notch with great temperature options and spectacular views. Our deluxe twin room, while a bit dated, was comfortable and had a huge hotspring tub connecting to the bathroom and the balcony. The balcony view of the river valley was lovely. We also liked how we could have our dog stay in the basement pet hotel. The staff were very friendly for the most part, and check-in/check-out were very quick and uncomplicated. The location is super quiet, offering a perfect setting to clear your mind.

Owner couple was very engaging and helpful to make us feel warmly welcomed. Everything was well decorated with thoughtful usability. We stayed in a room with hot air balloon wall art, paintings and little room decorations. Homely and comfortable ambience at the lounge for breakfast or any food that you can bring in. Lounge music and environment was great to do reading or have tea/coffee. Convenient location to take bus to town/ train or Luye highland. Near many spots of interest to cycle around. Opposite tea cafe/ shop is also interesting to visit with very friendly staff. They sell insanely sweet pineapples too.

We made a last minute booking, off season at the and of Feb, and were the only guests in the B&B! The room was spacious, clean, with exceptionally comfortable King bed and everything was high quality and felt fresh. We had a huge balcony overlooking the valley with great views. The breakfast was large and freshly cooked fusion of Taiwanese and western. Really tasty and filling. We were delighted to be given small gifts on departure. Highly recommended
