The resort is located inside a all natural forest with beautiful trees , flowers and all green natural environnement that you can dream of. The ocean villa has a private pool and a private beach access with a wonderful garden producing a small paradise on earth. The staff were extremely kind and best of the best ; they prepared a wonderful set up in front of the ocean for my son’s birthday, with a group of real Massai singing for him. Unforgettable experience ! Highly recommended place, for those looking for a small calm retreat on the heart of a beautiful nature

The place is a paradise! So many plants and sooo quiet so we spent our first 4 nights there after the trip. It is really close to a nice beach and the locals are playing football and swimm at the evening. Food was tasty with pole pole style (no rush). They make a fire a the evening so you can sit by the fire or pool and chill.. lodge with the balcony was really special. No windows just nets so you can hear the neture sounds at the night. Coming from big city to such a nice natural place was something special.

Everything went well from the moment my sister and I arrived. Staff at the hotel got in touch and despite our late night arrival, the chef still made us a delicious meal. The staff go far and beyond. I visit Zanzibar every other month and always stay at the Royal Cliff. 10/10
