Cozy family environment. We had a great tour lead by a family member all through the local mountains and villages. Family dinner with all guests was a nice experience. The room, although there is no heating, cam with sufficient blankets to keep us nice and cozy!

Room condition was good. Breakfast has lots of options and tasty good. Receptionist was very informative and helpful, they helped us for booking taxi to travel around with reasonable price. And on the check-out day, the bus company was supposed to pick me up but they were late about 40-45 mins, the staff was actively helping me to make sure not missing pick up van and bus. Thanks for everything, especially staff name by “Cho (?) - shoulder length hair lady staff” she was so efficient and supportive through the staying.

The hotel is so clean, beds were comfy and spacious. We booked into the spa and had a lovely experience with us being provided with a discount on our treatments. The staff were so helpful, the receptionist Mr. OK provided us with complimentary breakfast when we checked in for the following morning. Stunning view of the mountains from the rooftop bar. Location was good only a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk to the main street. Staff provided us with a handmade bag as a leaving gift upon checkout. Highly recommend staying here!

The location is easy to find, located in the center of town and convenient to attractions. There is free private parking, and 24-hour reception.

Fantastic location overlooking terraced rice fields on a hillside. We had an amazing wooden bath with a perfect view! You can go for walks around the valley and rice fields (but we had completed a full-day walk elsewhere so were happy just to watch others walking here). The property is on a very steep slope so you need to be reasonably fit and not afraid of heights!
