All of the staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly, and took great care of us with kindness and respect except for one individual, whose attitude unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience. However, I am still happy to give a full score of 10, without deducting any points for the one staff member who affected the overall atmosphere of the stay. All staff in Era restaurant are attentive and went beyond our expectations.

The room was spacious and bright. We especially loved the location. Very easy to use public transport and great neighborhood.

The receptionists did an amazing job, were super helpful and answered lots of our questions about the stay and the city. The central location made it super easy to head down to the historic city center. The distance from the central train station was optimal too, that let us travel to other cities without any difficulties. The AC in the room and the complimentary water was much needed for the hot days of summer we encountered.
