Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub, Cabañas Las Cabras offers self-catering bungalows with free Wi-Fi and DVD and balconies overlooking the mountains in Pinto. Large cabin with well stocked kitchen in a quiet area. Nice pool area. Wood stove in cabin heated the space very quickly. The owner very kindly came to start the wood stove and explained how to use it.

Beautiful cabins near in Las Trancas near Termas de Chillan. Cabins were comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and hot water. Property was spacious, with plenty of interesting places to explore. My kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool (though it was ice cold glacial runoff), and playing on their playground. they also had ping pong, fooseball, and a trampoline, which makes it a great destination to go for kids, since Las Trancas doesn't offer a ton of child-focused entertainment options. I think they are trying to create a communal / hostel type experience, though everyone mostly keeps to themselves (not sure if its because it wasn't very full, or because of COVID precautions).

Both accommodations were amazing! The hostel has really cool vibes with lots of art and musical instruments decorating the walls. It offers everything you might want in a hostel - comfortable beds, nice shared kitchen + common space, and solid wifi. The cabana was also really warm and comfortable with great natural light and a nice wood stove.
