Plus all the usual things you find in a hotel of this level. And it's very quiet.

Hotel facilities include an indoor pool, spa and fitness centre. A huge hotel, located minutes away from Beijing Airport Terminal 3. The fact that they offer 24/7 free shuttle bus is a huge win, as we arrived late in the night. The staff was polite and helpful and the room was clean. The room really had some luxury feeling to it, as it was well maintained. We were pleased to find a huge comfy bed. Also, the soundproofing was great, as we almost didn't hear any noise from the planes, even though we could see them from our window. Breakfast was good, with both western and Chinese options to choose from.

Modern luxury can be enjoyed at Park Plaza Wangfujing Beijing, within 13 minutes' drive of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The hotel is about 900 meters from Peking Union Medical College Hospital. It is only steps away from Dengshikou Subway Station (line 5). Offering 2 dining options, it has free internet and a gym. The location can't be beat. Easy access to Chang'an Avenue and the Second Ring, but secluded from that traffic and indeed from all traffic by being behind the Regent Hotel. Surrounded by beautiful shops and sits on top of the Dengshikou subway stop. Room is spacious, quiet, and well supplied. As beautiful as is the location and room, is the price. I stayed during what seems like a low season and hadn't seen prices like this since the 1990s. Unless the price triples,I think this is now my favoriate hotel in Beijing.
