What truly set this hotel apart, however, was its staff - their warmth, hospitality, and responsiveness made our stay unforgettable. We’re deeply grateful for their kindness in welcoming us to the beautiful town of Fenghuang. A special thank you and our very best wishes to Mr Liu. The host, Steve, was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He not only provided great service but also crafted coffee that resembled true works of art. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Steve's place; meeting him significantly enhanced my experience in Zhangjiajie.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. The girl was to receive us at the taxi stop and took us to the place, same as the check out day, she took us to the Main Street to look for a taxi, that was very helpful due to this place has not DIDI service and the taxi is difficult to find. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a very comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – everything from the high-quality toiletries to the soft lighting made the space feel cozy and luxurious. The location was perfect – close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a central area, the room was quiet and peaceful, offering a great night’s sleep. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The inn has a terrace and city views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

One staff member even helped us buy tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain and gave us a map that was absolute gold. Thanks to him, our trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

A children's playground is available for guests to use at Forest Glass inn. I cannot speak enough amazing words to describe my experience at Forest Glass Inn. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was amazing. The staff is friendly, warm, kind and very very helpful in advising and also coordinating all the available activities. The property exceeded my expectations, it felt and looked almost unreal.

Yangjiajie Scenic Area is 2.6 km from the property. The west gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest park is 400 metres from the property. The staff was what made this stay exceptional. Lucas was prompt with his WeChat replies and Eason took such good care of our group of 6 that it really made us feel so at home. He planned the route daily, and checked in on us along the way to make sure we weren’t lost or to remind us not to be late in catching the bus down. Location of hotel was very close to the west gate which isn’t crowded. Property is very clean with all the necessities, even free laundry. Not to mention the yummy home cooked breakfasts and dinners!
