Location is great with all attractions in walking distance and in a quiet place good for a good night rest. Security is good with electric lock main door. The owner is very helpful in giving information. Pick us up from the ART station and allowed us an early check in. Bought for us the entrance ticket . Upon check out, he personally takes us to the ART station. Strongly recommend for anyone visiting Tongli to stay here.

Pan Pacific Suzhou is located next to Panmen Park Scenery Area, just 3 km from the famous Guanqian Street. The property features free parking spaces and boasts two swimming pools. Guests can enjoy a nice meal at the on-site buffet restaurant. I like the hotel itself has a 5A tourist spot, which allows you to just hike a bit in the early morning and evening freely from the hotel entrance. Localtion is fine, not in the city's center but close enough to every park/garden I meant to visit. Breakfast has various options including western and Chinese cusine. And the most important thing is the hotel does allow you to pay with Mater/visa card which doesn't happen so often in China.

One of the best hotels I've stayed! The amazing design of the building, outstanding service from all staffs (from the doorman to the IT manager), the view of our room, the variety of breakfast... literally everything! Check-in and out went very smooth. Miss Zuo & Miss Pan at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I can see they really like their job and feel proud of it. Will definitely come back!

The property has lake and river views, and is 35 km from Jinji Lake. The homestay features parking on-site, a hot tub and a shared kitchen. The host provided us with excellent service and although there were language barrier problems, he was kind and patient with us. He helped carry heavy bags up the stairs then proceeded to show how the different functions in the room works, all of which he patiently translated through the phone. We highly recommend this property, especially to tourists, because although the host’s English isn’t strong, he will be patient and willing to help.
