The staff were so helpful and kind. As we arrived on my daughters birthday, they gave her a thoughtful little gift and gave us an upgrade with connected rooms. The location is perfect...an 8 min walk to the main entrance of Disneyland. We added breakfast which had both western and Chinese food...it was good.

Hangzhong Road metro station (line 10) is an 8-minute drive away. The reception staff at the lobby were very helpful and cheerful. They were accommodating our difficulties. We got room with beautiful city view and Jing’an temple that light up during the night. Concierge is really helpful to book restaurants, and suggesting everything we need. Breakfast has immense options. Bed & room is very comfortable. Shout out to Camille from reception staff who makes everything super easy breezy, from the personal greetings, in room check in even she have little surprise birthday cake for me! Definitely will return when we go back to Shanghai!

I was overcharged more than double ridiculously and even lost wallet. I didn’t catch the taxi and disgusting driver’s number. A staff at front desk tried to find taxi by all means. I could find wallet due to her. Although all the money in the wallet had disappeared I could take back my wallet lucky. I really appreciate her sincere assistance. I am sorry for not recognizing her name. This hotel is perfect and superb with helpful staffs!
