But most importantly the staff were super kind, respectful and helpful in assisting ease in into my stay. Special mention to Beta Zhou who was outstanding and went above and beyond in helping us when we got stranded two consecutive days in ordering in for food and also getting transportation to our next city. She’s a star. I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shenzhen for business.

Taxi prices are very affordable in China, so the central location of this hotel is a great help for visiting various places in Shenzhen. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it has many amenities, and it offers absolutely everything listed on Booking.com. It was truly a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety, which is truly delicious. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around the hotel. If I return to Shenzhen, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Just opposite the hostel is the OCT East Market building which has a supermarket and a few restaurants. There are also other good restaurants and cafes nearby (< 5 minutes walk).

Excellent service & facilities. Staff are very attentive & warm. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool. Close to lots of shops, good food & the metro. The rooms are very spacious & have everything you need. Great value for money.
