Free WiFi is offered. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. I booked the studio deluxe room. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very nice with a great view on the skyscrapers and a Japanese toilet. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. The area is really nice, there are lots of malls around and there is a good public transport connection. Jojo provided excellent service, helping me with everything I needed and answering any questions I had. Alan was very helpful during checkin. He suggested me to add the Fraser WeChat contact, which came in handy later.

Metro Station is a 2-minute walk away. Staff can communicate in English. Robot Coffee did not work with my payment method and the Staff helped me with a free black coffee. The hotel is conveniently located near the train stations especially the Express Train to Hong Kong. Super like the extra large bed.
