This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

I Ribeira Grande, 20 kilometer fra Pico do Carvão og 25 kilometer fra Lagoa do Fogo («Ildsjøen»), ligger Quinta Relax Azores. Beautiful apartment, perfectly clean and equipped with everything, even dryer that is very useful for Azores. Mrs. Sonia is an absolute star, we would rate 15 for her if possible. Great location close to both sides of island, super easy communication. Host even thought about small needs, like towels for furnas.

It was an amazing stay in the hostel. Tiago made my stay way better, he's very attentive, professional and nice person, helped with everything. The room was spacious, well equieped, clean and neat. Location, facilities, design-everything was perfect! Would love to stay more
