It was so clean and comfortable - it didn't even feel like a hostel, it really did feel like a home (as the name outlines!). You basically have your own room big enough to fit all your luggage inside (it's very similar to Japan's pod capsules). They have so many free amenities such as instant noodles, drinks, toiletries and the best part is they do your laundry for you FOR FREE. Huge perk. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The beach is a couple min walk away, as well as the main street where all the food is.

Decentralized aircon units per room. Service was excellent. Requests such as extra pillows, water etc were met quickly.

All rooms are fitted with a balcony with city views and free WiFi. One of the best hostels in Taiwan. All the staff are kind, friendly, and laid-back. The host J shared a bunch of local recommendations with me, and I enjoyed our morning chats at the coffee shop :) They also run a bar in the same building, and even as a solo traveller, I felt comfortable spending time there because the bartenders were warm and welcoming. And of course their original cocktails were great too! My fav was 貴妃挽茶 (Imperial Concubine Yang).
