Hotel was comfortable with onsite and free parking, maybe a little dark in the rooms, and a little old fashioned but nothing to worry about. Great bar down the road in walking distance called the rustic which is definitely worth a visit.

They all went the extra mile to make my stay very comfortable. The kindness and professionalism displayed by these staff members was an indication they care for those who stayed at the Hyatt Regency. They were very maticulas in explaining the direction of the surrounding area, such as the nearest department stores and historical sites. They are considered in my eyes, second to none in the customer service branch.

Even the rooms werent bad. They werent top class franchise level but they had everything you would need and most importantly they were CLEAN.
