Visiting with friends and family for Xmas market. On check in our room was upgraded to an executive room upon check in. Lovely spacious room with everything we needed during our stay. Can't rate food as didn't eat at hotel as spent all our time in city . Staff very friendly and helpful . Room cleaned and serviced every day and water coffee pods etc refreshed. It was in a nice quiet safe area.. Not in centre if city but easily walkable to Xmas market etc. Would use again

The staff is helpful and nice. Breakfast is good. I loved the fruit variations. Location is great if you want to explore the old town and it's close to many attractions. It's also family friendly.
