All in English. I think the place is great for couples and families.

The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.
