Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai Hotel is a 15-minute walk from Shekou Ferry and a 15-minute walk from Sea World. Window of the World and Happy Valley are a 25-minute drive away. Everything was amazing. We booked a stay for 2 nights for my wife's birthday, started with an upgrade to the sea view suite and a complimentary birthday cake with a bottle of wine. Very convenient location near to Sea World. Good breakfast. Carol and the rest of the staff made our stay exceptional. Definitely going back.

The room was HUGE and spacious, the tub was very comfortable, the design of this hotel took the old one up a notch, and we were able to use the awesome pool, breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety, and we got a late check-out The location is prime, there are so many restaurants and bars and things to do around here, and easy metro access

The five-star Shenzhenair International Hotel (Shenzhen Shenhang Guojijiudian) is located within walking distance of the Chegongmiao Metro Station. The city's Overseas Chinese Town and convention center are also just around the corner. Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.

Boasting rich décor, it also has an outdoor pool and 6 dining options. At the Ritz, all is great, as one would expect. We had some issue with the room, and the issue was solved very professionally: this is how a superior 5 star hotel is supposed to work! Good outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast (the breakfast at Ritz is the "benchmark" I use to compare breakfasts at other hotels). Superior food quality and ample choice of both western and local food. Can also find india-style breakfast and fresh sushi. Subway a 2 min walk, a food plaza at 3 min walk....

Comfortable arm chair, walk-in wardrobe and modern artwork can also be found in each unit. The ample marble bathrooms include a bathtub and a 15-inch LCD TV. Amazing staff, helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is truly a 5 star one. I really recommend their buffets, especially the lobster dinner one, because of the excellent value for money.
