Spacious room with a good view and good location. Our stay was comfortable. Yes! language is a problem but all people try to help as much as they can They have a lavish breakfast.

Rooms are decorated with satin embroidery on which traditional Chinese flowers and birds are painted. Fitted with carpeted floor, all soundproofed rooms come with an easy chair, a sofa, writing desk, side table and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom has a bathtub, a separate glass shower stall with a rainshower and a large basin vanity with television. The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.
