No words can say enough about this place. We had amazing 3 days in this property after being in Alexandria and Cairo with its hustle and bustle. We needed this quiet and calm place. It’s brand new, so well decorated. If you love art, then this is food to your brain. The staff were super amazing, so helpful and informative. The place was full of positive energy. The bed was very very comfortable. Everything you need is in the hotel, huge heated swimming pool, gym, restaurant, grab and go section and many more. Special thanks to Ms. Kenzy (you are amazing!), Mr. Nael, Mr. Moheb (Muse restaurant) and Ms. Radwa (from The house keeping) and the rest of the staff who made our stay extra special!

The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. Every thing was perfect .. especilly noor in the reseption was Respectful and helpful ..

Its was amazing every thing was ok view from the terrace was panoramic view to the great pyramids sphinx and the GEM too I booked just one night to relax and to enjoy the jacuzzi with the view of pyramids I will come back again

Everything was super cool, we had an amazing Tour with nice Guide he has too much information. The staff were really kind and many thanks for tarek the organizer for the tour . The room with very comfortable and has great view like the roof . Breakfast was excellent .
