The location is perfect, close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service – every staff member I encountered was polite, professional, and eager to help. They truly made me feel like a valued guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Longchamps Zamalek to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

We stayed here twice during our stay in Cairo. Room was always well maintained, the family suite was spacious and a perfect retreat after a busy day in bustling Cairo. Lovely staff contingent who were always happy to help and graciously assisted us with a late check out since our flight out was at 2am.
