Facing the beachfront, One of A Kind Resort @Trikora Beach - Bintan offers 5-star accommodation in Telukdalam and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Among the various facilities are a private beach area, a restaurant, as well as a bar. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and shared lounge in Lagoi. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. The hotel has a terrace and sea views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The food was really good over there, the staff also really friendly. It really exceeded my expectations of this hotel. I would like to come here again next time

Friendliness of the staff, baby equipment available, great breakfast buffet, amazing beach (cleaned twice a day) and proactive management, helpful staff who speaks good English.

Located near the BNBT ferry terminal. Provided complimentary transport to and fro from hotel. Provided a good breakfast. Service and laundry is fast. Toilets come with bidet and exceptionally clean. Spa and massage was convenient

The property was really nice! Rooms were so beautifully done the the pool was clean and very big !! We loved the hospitality and the amenities! It was serene and luxurious!
Exceptional service and food
The location was superb. The Ship Hotel was an amazing experience. We loved the history of the 100+ years of the ship and the tour was very interesting. A really large area for a four story hotel within the ship. The grounds were well kept and there was plenty of room to be on your own. We loved the beautiful sunsets…some of the best we have seen anywhere in the world. Spectacular!

It is remote and since it is not peak season, it is almost exclusive to us. The villa is also very nice and comfortable. The staff is amazing!
The location is very quiet and very near to the ferry terminal. They allowed us to check in early and check out late according to our ferry schedule. Five star service. The staff are very polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

Location is perfect, especially for a trip with a young kid, as it's just next to the ferry terminal. The family suite room is very spacious and comfortable. The food exceeds my expectations too, really decent meals like 5 star hotel standard.
