Beautiful luxurious property with a spacious comfortable room and private roof terrace. The little extras we received like complementary mineral water and sweets were a nice way to welcome guests.

The view from our room was spectacular. Sitting on our patio with a glass of wine, watching the boats go by, was a highlight for us. The hotel was so nice we didn't want to leave it to sightsee! Service was superb from the moment we got there and we enjoyed the included breakfast on the patio. The pool with sea views was particularly special.

Two ancient villas surrounded by a 15,000 square meter park, 15 rooms with attention to every detail, two restaurants, an "outdoor" spa set among the olive trees and ancient stone remains and an infinity pool overlooking the entire gulf. Amazing views! Hyper quiet and relaxing, even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay we had the feeling that there was nobody else and the entire hotel was just for us. Extremely friendly staff and the evening drinks spot was by far our favorite.

The general atmosphere is very pleasant and a little bit artsy, the location is superb. This may be rated 5 stars. I was driving on to The Carlton in Cannes (I broke the drive from Milan with this stay), and for sure The Carlton is a true 5 star - this one more like 4 or 4+. But within that context, one of the very best I've ever stayed at. Will return for sure.
