This hotel is indeed exceptional , beautifully designed, staff were attentive and very helpful specially Federica the Deputy Manager, rooms are super clean and modern, the spa is the best, the restaurant offers delicious Michelin star quality, it's simply the best. Set right at the foot of Mont Blanc, Auberge de La Maison offers a wellness centre and a romantic restaurant where you can enjoy a candlelit meal with a view. We had a fantastic stay at Auberge de la Maison. Most of all we absolutely loved the staff, every one of them was extremely helpful and friendly. The reception staff went out their way to help us and it never felt like it was a burden to them. The bar staff are excellent! And make a wonderful gin sour. The cleaning staff are fabulous, not a spot of dust anywhere and our room was cleaned to a high standard. The turnover service at night is a great wee bonus, first time we've experience this in a hotel. The transfer service is very good, never a long wait and the drivers are friendly and helpful too. Restaurant staff also great and we enjoyed the breakfast. They all really went above and beyond, definitely the best staff we have experienced in a hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The attention to detail in every part of the hotel really stands out. We felt quite at home and didn't want to leave after our week here.

But it all starts with the staff - all with excellent attention to details, helpful and friendly. Go to their bar and sample cocktails at the huge lobby fireplace or outside. Special note of the barman, who new his stuff. The SPA is excellent and very clean. The rooms are great, with all amenities.

I was about to cancel this booking due to some comments here, however the hotel was a nice surprise. We liked almost everything about it. Stayed at the 5 start part of the property which feels brand news. The staff was polite and helpful at all times, housekeeping twice a day. You can buy ski pass and rent ski equipment directly at the hotel and there are free shuttles to the ski areas (available at all times till about 5 o’clock, no waiting). Spa area is also very nice (one complimentary visit provided; swimming pool is freely accessible). Did not have any issues at all with the WiFi.

Very brand new hotel with great service and very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was very very delicious with many options. Dinner was fantastic in both restaurants.
