But most importantly loved was the mattress. I literally thought about buying one. It was so comfortable. We definitely will come back.

Overlooking the sea, Lotte Resort Sokcho features a water park, fitness centre and restaurants. Sokcho Beach can be reached in under 10 minutes by car. clean room and wood floors. view is great !!

Yongpong Resort Dragon Valley Hotel is located at the foot of Yongpyong ski slopes, the venue for upcoming 2018 Winter Olympics alpine skiing games. This review is for Yongpyeong Resort - Dragon Valley Hotel. Good hotel reception gave us the most pleasant experience. Our booking was at the end of February this year. For that booking, we had the apartment, but we arrived hotel by transport. The initial arrangement, the front desk reception, (nice gentleman which looks similar to "Yan can cook" celebrity chef looks like) the gentlemen - unfortunately we can't remember his name as we don't speak good Korean. This nice and kind gentlemen have helped guide us to the apartment under the same umbrella. He also offered to upgrade us to a hotel as we had kids around, but we politely declined the offer as we booked the apartment. We had arrived at the apartment to check in but it was very unsafe to get to the apartment due to we need to push the stroller along the road, but overall the apartment it was a very nice accommodation either. We decided to go back to the hotel front desk to look for help. Once again it is that nice gentlemen who saw that we were push a stroller with a 2 years old girlgudp. He persisted in arranging a room for us, even though it was the extreme peak of the March bank holiday in South Korea – everyone was there for skiing. We were very grateful to him for his kind and welcoming personality who helped us find the room and change our booking from apartment to hotel. The hotel room is more expensive than the apartment and he tries allocate us a room that does not incurring too much cost to us. We manage to have the change of booking from the apartment to the hotel room and we have an extremely pleasant stay in the hotel. Also kudos to the night front desk lady who is so fluent in English, with her help, we were able to find our way to the alpaca farm with ease. Overall, the stay at this hotel is extremely nice and we enjoyed the skiing experience. The whole trip to Yongpeong is wonderful and we will be glad to be back again. our sincere appreciate for the kind front desk staffs.

Located at the heart of 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic site, Skybay Gyeongpo Hotel is just within a short stroll of Lake Gyeongpo and Gyeongpo Beach. Nice rooftop infinity swimming pool!

Newly opened in January of 2018, St. John’s Hotel is located along Gangmun Beach in Gangneung. I love how big the hotel with 3 towers divided into Lake, Pine, Ocean Tower. Guests can park on the basement or the higher level parking area. Check-in was so smooth and fast that we only need few minutes. This time we got the Lake Tower for 16th floor (half ocean view) and 6th floor (back view). The hotel has a ice cube machine and microwave machine provided on 8th floor. The amenities were good but they do not provide the toothbrush, sandal, toothpastes which you can buy with vending machine on each floor near elevators or convenience store on 1st floor (which is more less expensive than the vending machine). The hotel and the beach is very near and great to have a nice walk with great view. To the left side there are restaurants and cafes near by just by walking the beach. To the right side with a distance you can visit the cafe street. The hotel provide you with self check-in and checkout processes which is very convenient.

Hotel Tops 10 is just a 3-minute drive from Geumjin Beach and under a 40-minute drive from Gangneung KTX Station. Free WiFi access is available at the hotel. Ironically, location. Excellent for relaxing..

Kensington Hotel Pyeongchang features a herb garden and free WiFi in public areas. Located just a 10-minute drive from Korea Botanic Garden, it offers rooms with mountain views. The pool is really nice for kids, and the sauna was an unexpected treat. We were blown away once we started exploring the grounds. It's a destination in itself! Overall this was a great family-friendly stay.
