Excellent location, very comfortable room, extremely clean. Beautiful and new building. Easy to get to the medina, only 200 m or so but very safe as location is in the edge of the medina. There is a parking next to the building, just an empty dusted space but serves the purpose. Good breakfast, could have more vegetables (anything like cherry tomatoes, green salad leaves) and cheese - there were, but very small quantities. We were greeted on arrival day with dates filled with nuts - what a delicious treat! We have also enjoyed the SPA - nice experience too, however somewhat expensive. Don’t miss Chouara tannery, 20 mins by foot into the medina, lovely walking through the winding alleys.

Offering an outdoor pool, a garden, a spa and wellness centre, Hotel Sahrai is located in Fès, a 10-minute drive from the old Medina. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. The rooms are beautiful. Food is good. Staff is friendly.

Exceptional service from the entire team. Due to delays in our plans, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary massage and a free late check out, which made a big difference to our stay. All staff showed outstanding hospitality and genuine care. Zineb is a highly professional massage therapist, not just a light massage but a truly therapeutic experience. And Mohammed at the reception took care of everything for us from start to finish with great attention and kindness.

Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. The property was fantastic and very clean
