We enjoyed our villa very much. The private pool was great and we liked the layout and the size of the rooms. On the hotel ground we enjoyed all the pools. The hotel restaurants and the reception were very tastefully decorated.

It is the most beautiful place with amazing surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast is outstanding. Will for sure come back!

This hotel was so incredibly beautiful, only to be topped by the delightful and sweet staff who took care of us above and beyond expectation. The breakfast was next level - so much delicious food - try the shakshuka! I became sick with a terrible cold while staying there and the amazing manager Tind was so sweet and took care of me, brought me a delicious dinner, and sent someone out to the after hours pharmacy for medicine. I would have hugged her when I left I felt so well cared for (but I didnt want to make her sick!) The location was perfect, just out of the hub and bub of the medina but close enough to walk. And literally next door to bahia palace. Beds are extraordinarily comfy with tons of good pillows. My snobby architect husband (!) and mother and kids were all delighted with the design, art, and service of the hotel. They also helped us find a great guide named Youseff who guided us to all of the sites and through the medina with tons of information and was very pleasant.

The hotel is well-designed, friendly staff and properly clean. The staff is very attentive and aims to please and assist wherever possible. Furthermore, the rooms are very comfy with proper amenities and fast internet all over the property. Lastly, the restaurant was great with local and international options. We’ll definitely be back! Exceptional Stay at Riad Sybil Boutique Hotel – 5 Stars Our 5-night stay at Riad Sybil Boutique Hotel (26 November – 1 December) was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely looked after. The level of personal attention we received was simply outstanding. A special thank you goes to Latifa and her wonderful team, whose remarkable attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. Their care was always present yet never intrusive, and we truly appreciated the way they anticipated every wish without us even asking. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and full of charm – a perfect blend of Moroccan authenticity and modern comfort. The rooftop terrace deserves its own highlight: a peaceful oasis with stunning views, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. Whether for breakfast or a quiet evening drink, it truly elevates the whole experience. The location of the riad is excellent – close enough to reach the vibrant heart of the Medina within minutes, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy calm and privacy whenever desired. From here, we could easily access all the cultural highlights, restaurants, and markets Marrakech has to offer.

You can read other locations reviews if you want, but I doubt they'll win you over as well as this one) As someone who's done a ton of traveling in their life (for an American, especially) I'm going to be blunt: This was one of the best stays I've ever had in my life. I'm going to immediately call out the manager Ayub for being so supportive and helpful through my stay. From the moment I landed, I was checked up upon by staff and when I was having trouble figuring out the tricky barter system for calling a cab, they personally called me a driver to pick up my wife and I from the airport. Speaking of, we were here to celebrate our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better place. Ayub and the staff prepared a super special entrance adorned with rose petals and towel decorations and my wife loved it. The room itself was incredible with a large bathroom with tub sized for two, a large living room and bedroom plus great views into the garden that's open for use 24/7 for all guests. Breakfast was included and we were fed a feast, it was a tremendous welcome to Morocco. Ultimately my wife and I even traded the busy city life of Marrakesh for extra lounge time at the resort because we just felt so damn comfortable and at ease there. During downtime we had fun just sitting by the pool, playing foosball and table tennis and of course introducing ourselves to the resident mascot cat who roamed the outdoors. Again, I need to shout out what truly made the stay so special was the staff. Manager Ayub and the owners were so kind and supportive, it gave us an unbelievably incredible start to our trip and I cannot recommend them enough. Even when we had trouble navigating the Medina, or planning other parts of our Morocco trip, we were guided and offered tremendous advice that we followed throughout the rest of our stay.

I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.
