The hotel is located in a prime spot on Boracay, just a short walk from the beautiful White Beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. We had a bit of a hiccup with our flight being cancelled, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in finding new rooms. The staff’s genuine care for guests really made a difference in our stay, and we felt truly taken care of throughout. As for the amenities, the hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with all the essentials provided. I especially appreciated how well-maintained everything was, it’s clear that they take pride in the upkeep of the property. Overall, Mandarin Bay exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boracay, whether you're there for a relaxing getaway or a more active beach vacation. The combination of great service, excellent amenities, and prime location makes it a fantastic choice.

The facility needs a little updating but was clean and comfortable. There was nothing they wouldn't do for you. My friend and I had rooms made up on the lower level when they realised our age. Even so their are considerable steps up to reception. The Bistro only very recently opened was wonderful for drinks, snacks and some meals and had a very pleasant breeze of an evening. I suggested a seasonal fruit platter be added to the menu but otherwise it was excellent. We felt like part of the family after our week here, and thank them so much.
