The staff was very helpful and accomodating (Sarah in particular helped us when we needed it). This is really a five-star hotel, the amenities such as the spa and swimming pool were fantastic. The massage included in the booking was really good as well. The breakfast was also good and varied. I really recommend it.

The room was nice, I booked through booking and they upgraded my room, so I had sea view. The beds, linens, towels, everything is new and good quality. The bathroom had glass walls, which I love! The staff is super polite, friendly, they satisfy every my request so fast, I was in shock, even if IM very moody person)) The breakfast is nice, whatever I tried was delicious, and you can find anything you want, as they have, even vegan options. Long story short, I definitely recommend this hotel, and one more important point that staff speaks English good, I didn’t see it in any other place in Vietnam. Thank you, guys, I felt heard and enjoyed my time there.
