Nastanitev Audacia Manor Boutique Hotel s 5 zvezdicami se nahaja v mestu Durban in nudi zasebne balkone. The way they welcomed us Nozipho was friendly and ever smiling. She showed us the building (lounge,kitchen,the pool,the resting place, and our room. Their treatment was on top of a notch 👌. We went to the event and came back at night. we had a bath with hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the linen was smelling fresh. You can be able to cover your face with it. We woke up and had a bath, and they asked what we were going to have for breakfast. I enjoyed being there ☺️ . I will do a booking again in December with my whole family.

The hotel is less then a year old, state of art design and amenities, exceptional stuff and treatment. Best view on the coast, direct access to a nice (unequipped) blue flag beach. Room is spacious and has all you need for a nice stay (from basics to yoga mats and sun cream), has all possible plugs, a work desk and all in exactly right places. Exceptional reception with a MCC welcome drink and help with the bags. No energy/wifi disruptions - probably iwn generators in place. Outstanding SPA centre onsite, requires upfront booking. Set in Umhlanga, this clifftop hotel overlooks the Indian Ocean from its waterfront terrace and guest rooms. A gym and heated outdoor swimming pool are available on site. Staff : From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. They went over-and-above to serve and please. Swimming Pool : The big pool was heated ! It made such a huge difference to my experience. Took a dip early in the morning and it was just lovely to walk into a warm pool. The pool boys were very attentive and helped with umbrellas, sunbeds, supply of free water bottles etc. Breakfast : This was exceptional. A very big variety to choose from. You can also order from a menu. It was the same breakfast & layout each morning, but we never got tired of it ! The staff were also very quick to bring the best coffees and warm toast....plus there is champagne at breakfast each morning. This was a feast ! Room : All rooms have a sea-view, also overlooking the pool and the sea. The coffee machine (with pods) & cookies in the room was of very good quality and replenished twice a day. The turn-down-service in the evenings were also a nice feature and we received a different chocolate and fresh water bottles each evening. The towels in the bathroom were extra thick ! SPA : The Mangwanani Spa is small, but there are 2 gazebo's next to the swimming pool area where we had a couples massage. Security : We felt very safe. There is a security guard at the steps leading down from the swimming pool grass area down to the Umglanga Promenade. People walk & jog on this 2.5 km route from early morning. The Parkrun also starts next to the hotel (at the Whalebone Pier)....which was so convenient. We could also park our rental car behind booms inside the hotel parking area. Other : There is a meet-and-greet every weekday evening between 5pm and 6pm...and again this is such a nice extra to drink a glass of wine before dinner.

Massage and then golf on near-by championship course as good as any we've ever played on in South Africa. But what impressed so much were the staff led by the lovely Adelle. A terrific team.
