The hotel was beautiful, quiet and well appointed. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Short walk to a shopping center... excellent hotel. Plenty of parking.

The property was a lovely old pub. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean. Comfortable bed and great shower. Free car parking was a real bonus. Food was very good. Breakfast was good too. I didn’t es t a big breakfast and they were very accommodating making me something not on the menu.

I knew of the area as I have previously lived in the locality. I did not expect to have such a great host a remembered why the location is rather sought after views of the sea. The breakfast was a traditional and well cooked with top quality food and really quickly. I chatted to the host for a good 15 mins and it felt very friendly and just natural liuke two old friends chatting. I WILL BE GOING BACK.

The breakfast food is of very good quality and lots of choices. Everything is cooked fresh and to order. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower was great and the towels were definitely 4 star quality. The dog bowl, blanket and treats were great. The bar served food until 10pm, which was good for us as we could not arrive until 9pm (due to disembarkation from Brittany Ferries boat). We took our drinks on the terrace, which was really good and had a night stroll along the outer path through the wooded area. All staff were very friendly and helpful - 24 hour reception if needed.
