The apartments are contemporary and extremely well equipped. The view from the balcony across the sea is exceptional and a great place to witness the sunset. There is no pool in the complex but when the gentle waters of the sea are 200 m away then you don't need one. A pleasant walk to a couple of lovely beach bars or a longer 10 min walk to the harbour of Malinska where there are numerous restaurants to choose. Olivia's Hill provided a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and outstanding hospitality. We enjoyed every moment during our stay and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Durres. The 4-star apartment features city views and is 36 km from Cathedral St. Eufemia Rovinj. The apartment has family rooms. I was impressed with the electronic locks, accessible with code or fob. The apartment rooms were quite clean and comfortable and AC was excellent in the hot summer. Very conveniently located near downtown by walking, 5-10 min only. Parking was just a couple minutes walk in off street lot.
